SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Our standard delivery timeframe is 8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@getlayerse.com. We will open an investigation with the courier to locate your parcel.
Please note that courier investigations can take up to 2 weeks. If your parcel is confirmed as lost or not delivered by the end of this investigation period, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
